I’m Stacey, so glad you are here, thank you for coming!

I’m a chef (and dog mom) that is passionate about healthy foods cooking. I love helping others with my cooking services, classes and also writing children's books. 

I grew up helping my grandfather sell vegetables at his farmers fruit stand, later on discovering the importance of healthy cooking training as an all-American track athlete. 

Professionally, I honed my skills in famous restaurants that include James Beard Awards onto writing a family-friendly educational healthy cooking television show. Prior to cooking, I studied theatre and writing so have often strived to merge worlds. 

In my free time nowadays, I enjoy time with my dogs, mom and staying involved in the arts! Feel free to explore the website, enjoy!
