At The Bountiful Dish Culinary Co. we are committed to delivering  your order smoothly and on-time. Our shipping policy includes details below.

Orders are processed between 1-5 business days. We both ship  inventory on-hand and print-on-demand to provide us small business  operations friendly flexibility.

Depending on your location transport time may  vary a standard 3-7 business days. Local orders in the Pittsburgh PA  area may receive faster direct delivery, delivery fees still apply.

Please allow the possibility of additional processing & shipping time during holidays and busy travel times. We do our best to maintain consistent times year-round, however occasions may arise during these times that additional time needed is unavoidable. 

$25.00 minimum order not including taxes or shipping fees are required for shipping of physical products.

If your tracking number shows "delivered" or if you have received  another form of delivery confirmation, but you have not received your  package, please contact us. We will do our best to help, but we are not  responsible for lost or stolen items after confirmed delivery.

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate. We are not  responsible for packages lost due to incorrect addresses provided at  checkout. 

The well-being and safety of delivery drivers is a top priority.  In order for them to provide delivery services, we require and expect common courtesy conditions for delivery regarding areas they may need to  park, walk, or navigate through to delivery areas or mailboxes etc. If the delivery environment is unsafe or has threatening elements in it including but not limited to uncontained animals, persons displaying  intimidating behaviors, dark alleyways etc., delivery is not guaranteed  nor are refunds.
