*Note: This policy does not apply to Personal Chef & Catering Services which each have unique policy separate from Class Cancellation & Refund Policy written below.
All purchases of classes, webinars, downloads and educational materials of any kind in all types and forms are final and nonrefundable. Any full partial refunds or credits for cancellations shall be at the sole discretion of The Bountiful Dish Culinary Co.
If there are any technical issues in our delivery of any service, please contact us in writing by emailing info@thebountifuldishculinaryco.com.
The Bountiful Dish Culinary Co. reserves the right to cancel all or a portion of a Service at any time. Any full or partial refunds or credits for Services cancelled by Company shall be at the sole discretion of Company and will be communicated in the cancellation notice, if applicable. Company is not responsible for any expenses incurred by you in preparation for any Service, including, but not limited to, transportation costs and/or specialized apparel or equipment.
If a refund is granted, your refund will be credited to the original form of payment used for the original transaction. Please note that credit card refunds may take up to 10 business days for your bank to complete, depending on their processing times. This can vary greatly between credit card issuers. We are not liable for any delay in processing, or associated banking fees incurred.
