The Bountiful Dish Culinary Co. accepts all major credit cards, checks or money orders for all services and products. Cash payment is an additional option when provided, available in-person only. Mail orders may be placed using check or money orders written to The Bountiful Dish Culinary Co. sent to us with mail order forms. We do not accept credit card numbers or cash through the mail. Payment and payment timing requirements may vary per unique type of product or service offering, please check each type for more information. Products and services provided may have payment policies specific to that product or service type. We have a right to change payment policies at any time with or without notice.
Purchases made from The Bountiful Dish Culinary Co. are subject to Pennsylvania state sales tax. Payments made requiring payment processors (i.e credit cards) are subject to payment processing fees determined and implemented by processing companies we work with. Our shipping fee for physical products when applicable is a flat $5.95 per order delivering anywhere within the U.S. We reserve the right to change our shipping fee with or without notice at any time. Payments made by check that fail to process resulting in any banking fees we may incur would be required to provide a replacement payment in addition to incurred fee to complete the attempted purchase. Culinary services have service specific fees/deposits discussed during consultations.
Due to the nature of downloadable printable products, all sales are final sale no return, refund or exchange. Purchases made are permitted for a “one-time” use for personal use only and based on an honor system to not be shared, copied, or replicated. If you are not satisfied with the purchase, email us at orders@thebountifuldishculinaryco.com within 7 days of purchase and we will evaluate on a per case basis to remedy the situation at our own discrepancy. We strive for all to be 100% satisfied simultaneously being aware that may not always be possible, but we do our best.
No credits, refunds, or exchanges guaranteed. If you are unsatisfied within 7-10 days of delivery, depending on the circumstances we will evaluate potential remedies at our sole discretion. If packages have experienced damage during transit, we do not guarantee refunds or replacements or credits, but ask you contact us at orders@thebountifuldishculinaryco.com so we may evaluate the situation on a per case basis.
All purchases of classes, webinars, downloads and educational materials of any kind in all types and forms are final and nonrefundable. Any full or partial refunds or credits for cancellations shall be at the sole discretion of The Bountiful Dish Culinary Co. The Bountiful Dish Culinary Co. reserves the right to cancel all or a portion of a service at any time. Any full or partial refunds or credits for services cancelled by the company shall be at the sole discretion of the Company And will be communicated in the cancellation notice, if applicable. The Bountiful Dish Culinary Co. is not responsible for any expenses incurred by you in preparation for any service, including, but not limited to, transportation costs and/or specializes apparel or equipment. If a refund is granted, your refund will be credited to the original form of payment used for the original transaction. Please note that credit card refunds may take up to 10 business days for your bank to complete, depending on their processing times, or associated banking fees incurred. By making class purchases you accept and agree to this policy.
Product Orders are processed between 1-5 business days. We ship both inventory on-hand and print-on-demand to provide us small business operations friendly flexibility. Customers mailing check or money orders with Mail-Order forms- please allow additional 5-7 days for processing.
If your tracking number shows "delivered" or if you have received another form of delivery confirmation, but you have not received your package, please contact us. We will do our best to help, but we are not responsible for lost or stolen items after confirmed delivery.
Returns on physical products are not guaranteed and subject for review on a case-by-case basis.
