The Bountiful Dish Culinary Co. Shipping Policy

At The Bountiful Dish Culinary Co. we are committed to delivering  your order smoothly and on-time. Our shipping policy includes details below.

Orders are processed between 1-5 business days. We ship both inventory on-hand and print-on-demand to provide us small business operations friendly flexibility. Customers mailing check or money orders with Mail-Order forms- please allow additional 5-7 days for processing. 

Depending on your location transport time may vary a standard 3-7 business days. We ship by standard ground delivering anywhere in the United States.

Our standard ground flat rate shipping fee $5.95 per order delivers anywhere within the United States. Shipping is free for all orders with purchases totaling $50.00 or more not including sales tax made within our children’s book store section only (classes or culinary services cannot be included). To receive this free delivery, orders may be all physical products or orders may be partial physical product and partial downloadable products- so long as the order purchases total amounts to $50.00 or more. If there is for instance- one or more physical products in an order total that need shipped - regardless of the total for physical products - if the same order includes downloads that result in the purchases total of $50.00 or more (not including sales tax) then there will be no shipping fee for the shipped items of this order. If orders contain one or more physical products that require shipping and the purchases total of that order is less then $50.00 then there will be one flat rate shipping fee included for the one or more physical products of this order that need shipped charged once of $5.95. We do not offer pickup locations, pickup is not an option. There are no shipping fees for downloadable products. 

If your tracking number shows "delivered" or if you have received  another form of delivery confirmation, but you have not received your  package, please contact us. We will do our best to help, but we are not  responsible for lost or stolen items after confirmed delivery.

Returns on physical products are not guaranteed and subject for review on a case-by-case basis. Please allow the possibility of additional processing & shipping time during holidays and busy travel times. We do our best to maintain consistent times year-round, however occasions may arise during these times that additional time needed is unavoidable. 

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate. We are not  responsible for packages lost due to incorrect addresses provided at  checkout.
